How to make reservation

Renting process consists of 3 simple steps.

The first step is selection of renting date and place. The second one is selection of the car and the third oe  is entering your contact information and sending the form. After these steps renting process is completed. 

For making a reservation, please fill the form under the title "CAR AND PRICE INQUIRY” on homepage of our website by entering necessary information and make your car selection. To complete reservation process click on "reservation”buton. 

After reservation is completed, reservation confirmation mail is sent to your e-mail address. You can confirm your reservation by clicking on the link sent to your e-mail address. Additionally making reservation is possible via phone or whatsapp.

How to take the reserved car? 

If te car is reserved with "Delivery at Airport” requirement, at the passenger exit door of terminal that you’ll come,  someone from Talia Rent A Car will welcome you with a sign on which your name is written. If the car is reserved with "Delivery At Hotel or Any Address”,you will receive the car on the specified address. 

What do the car renting prices include? 

You can drive unlimited kilometers with the rented cars. Talia Rent A Car offers you free collecting and delivery of the rental cars to the airport and hotels in city center. However, if the car delivery address is more than 20 km away from Talia Rent A Car, then additionally 1 turkish lira can be charged per kilometer. 

Insurance fees are included in all prices listed on our website. After the reservation process made through our website, the specified fee is fixed and under no circumstances can be charged extra fee. The prices on our website is always up-to-date. You can make a reservation for the date you wish at any time. After making a reservation, you can not be affected by the possible price changes. Accordingly, it is always more profitable for you to make an early reservation. 

How to make the payment?

At the beginning of the contract, the total price of the rented car is allocated in advance. You can make your payment to the person who delivers you the rented car by Turkish Lira, Euro, American Dolar, Visa or Master Card. 

How to cancel the reservation?

You can cancel your reservation via e-mail at least 1 week ago from your dlivery date without giving any reason.

What to do in case of breakdown of the car?

To avoid technical problems during your travelling, the periodical maintenances of the cars are carried out on time and thoroughly. Still, in case of any breakdown it is our duty to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If the breakdown is so serious, then your car will be replaced with another one.

What to do in case of involement in an accident?

Without moving your car, please call Police 155. The copies of the traffic and  alcohol, traffic insurance of the other cars involve din the accident shall be taken.

Can someone else drive the rented car ?

It is necessary for the person who will drive the car to sign the contract like the person renting the car and to give the copy of his driving license.
